After being asked by many clients who love my cookbooks but rather I prepare the meals for them, I have created HEALTHY GOURMET XPRESS. I have chosen the finest ingredients and freshest products to bring to you in Healthy Gourmet Xpress. It has taken many years to perfect my delicious and healthy menu. As a chef I like to be creative; all of my clients have trusted me to create great meals for them on a weekly basis. The meals will be picked up or delivered 1 per week. Choose from the menu items or let us know your preferences and we can create a specific menu for your needs.

All recipes are prepared by Club Creavalle with our unique cooking style, which is high on taste and nutrition and low in fat.

This is a sample menu of what club Creavalle creates weekly for our clients. Our clients have faith in our ability to evaluate their nutritional needs and individual tastes for specific flavors. Each week we create a variety of new meals involving the addition of new ingredients, vegetable side dishes such as bock choy, San Francisco, oriental mixed vegetables, or our own imaginative yet tantalizing creations. If our client has specific needs we will be happy to accommodate them. For a client who is seeking breakfast dishes we can make great omelettes, low-fat French toast, and breakfast burrito, upon request.

Have Healthy Gourmet Xpress come to your home and prepare meals for the entire week for your whole family. We will purchase the groceries, prepare the meals for you and/or your family, package them, clean all the dishes, and then leave the place spotlessly clean.

About the chef

With over 20 years of experience in the fitness and cooking industry, Laura has combined both of her talents, from being a champion body builder to training chefs around the world, authoring cookbooks, and being a regular contributor to Muscle & Fitness magazine. All of this considered, she has used her experience to create the most innovative meals to suit any nutritional needs.
